Brad Mills

Brad Mills is a native Mississippian, born and raised in Corinth. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in May 2002. Then, he went on to earn his law degree in May 2005 at Mississippi College School of Law. While in law school, Brad spent a year working as a law clerk for a firm specializing in personal injury litigation. He spent his third and final year of law school working for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for Mississippi.

After graduation, Brad was an associate for both a general practice and a firm that specializes in personal injury and mass tort litigation. In May 2007 he began his own practice and opened up his own firm.

In 2008, Brad was named Young Lawyer of the Year by the Mississippi Association for Justice and was appointed to their Board of Governors, where he served until 2010. In 2015, Brad was named one of the Top 10 Attorneys under Age 40 by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Brad has handled thousands of civil and criminal cases all over Mississippi. He has tried over 30 jury trials and dozens of bench trials. Brad is 100% devoted to seeking justice for his clients by litigating personal injury such as auto accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, and criminal matters in our court systems.
